Drivers of Care Well Senior Care LLC will be driving on irregular routes along with the schedule being irregular as well. The counties the drivers of Care Well Senior Care LLC will be going through are Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, Loudoun, Shenandoah, and Fauquier Counties. The cities the drivers of Care Well Senior Care LLC will be going through are Fredericksburg, Dumfries, Manassas, Woodbridge, Gainesville, Centreville, Fairfax, Springfield, Sterling, Leesburg, Burke, Ashburn, Arlington, Alexandria, Annandale, Falls Church, Vienna, and Mclean. The drivers of Care Well Senior Care LLC will be driving vehicles designated for 15 people or less.

Other Charges

  • Fees: All toll fees, entrance fees, or special charges that the designated routes and destinations have will be charged to the client.
  • Damage: All vehicles will be inspected by the Carrier before each trip. Any damage done by the passenger(s) to the vehicle or equipment will fall under the responsibility of the Passenger(s) total bill.
  • Cleaning: If the Passenger makes a mess and the carrier sees the vehicle unusable in its current state, the client will be charged an additional $75.

Payment Rules and Methods

The client has the option to put down a %50 deposit in advance. Payments must be made in the forms of Cash, Visa, Personal Checks, or MasterCard. A $30 dollar fee will be placed for any declined Checks for any reason. A %15 surcharge will be placed if payment has not been transferred within 30 days. If payment is not transferred within 60 days the carrier will seek payment by means of the law to recover due payments by the client.

Rules and Regulations

  • Bags will not be searched, but any damage done by the Negligence of the carrier is limited to fifty dollars ($75).
  • All bags must be able to fit inside of the transporting vehicle for them to be brought along. No addition charges will apply for bringing baggage.
  • Service animals are allowed during transportation, but fees may apply for any damage or cleaning requirements they cause. The Carrier is not responsible for any damage done by the service animal to the client’s personal belongings.
  • The Carrier reserves the right the refuse transportation of a client if the client is under the influence of Alcohol or illegal substances. Refusal of a client may also be acceptable if the client shows any signs of hostility or crude behavior.
  • The Carrier is not liable for delays caused by Acts of God, Weather, bad conditions, Traffic, the law, perils of navigation, accidents, hazards, Traffic, and delays outside of the Carriers control. The Carrier does not guarantee any specific time of arrival to the destination.
